LABDOOR CERTIFICATION STANDARDS

LABDOOR TESTING SERVICES | LABDOOR, INC.

Labdoor currently offers three certifications: Quality (Purity + Accuracy), Sport, and Quality (Purity + Accuracy) THC Free. Below are the qualification standards for each certification. A product must pass all qualification standards for a given certification program to earn that Labdoor certification.

Result Reporting

The testing results will first be delivered privately to the applicant. If a product fails any qualification standards, the applicant will be notified and given review options for the product. If the product subscription is still current, the applicant can submit a new LOT of product for testing with the regular cost of chemical analysis. If the product status is “Upcoming” on labdoor.com Rankings page, the applicant has 90 days to complete a successful certification, after that period the product will be hidden from the labdoor.com Rankings page.

Independent Review Process

The Independent Review Process is a venue for applicants to provide evidence that counters Labdoor's results. To initiate a review against a failed certification, the applicant must submit a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) coming directly from an independent FDA-registered laboratory to Labdoor with identical testing methodology and results that show that the product, with the same lot number, passes all qualification standards for a Labdoor Certification.
Labdoor will then select an FDA-registered laboratory that did not perform the applicant's or Labdoor's original analyses to conduct one final analysis for the review. If the final analysis overturns the failed certification with testing results that show the product passes all qualification standards for a Labdoor certification, then Labdoor will issue a certification for this product based on the final Labdoorl's ordered chemical analysis.

Certification Challenge Process

Any company, at any time, can submit a Challenge Request against any current certified product listed on Labdoor Rankings. Below are the rules for the process:
  • To start the process, send an email to lts@labdoor.com stating the manufacturer, product's name, and the LOT number that received the certification.
    • The challenger will be responsible for covering all costs related to the testing, including acquiring a new sample and shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • The new sample must be acquired by Labdoor in a retail facility (online or offline) and cannot be submitted by the challenger or the original manufacturer.
  • The challenger will also have to submit a Challenge Flat Fee. This fee will be a security deposit during the testing procedures.
  • Upon all payments received by Labdoor (charged by invoice), the Challenge Process will initiate a retest of this product at an independent FDA-registered analytical laboratory.
  • After the new sample is acquired and under Labdoor's possession, Labdoor will inform the challenged brand that their certification has been challenged and it's under review. The challenger's identity will be kept anonymous at all times; before, during, and after the Challenge Process.
  • The results of this retest will be final, and Labdoor's Grades, Rankings, and Certifications will be updated to reflect the new data.
    • If the challenge results in a correction and the product's certification must be recalled, Labdoor will immediately refund the Challenge Fee to the challenger. Labdoor will also immediately make the necessary arrangements to remove the product and its certification from the Rankings.
    • If the challenge confirms that the product's comprehensive data and its original certification was legit and correct, the Challenge Fee will not be refunded and will be kept by Labdoor.
  • The challenged product will remain live during the Challenge Process and with its certification status valid and active.
  • By initiating a Certification Challenge Process, the challenger commits to the rules above.
