LabDoor does not endorse any specific products, brands, treatments, or medical advice that may be mentioned on the Site. LabDoor has several tools that allow you to record and store information.

LabDoor cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information you submit, or your or third parties' use or misuse of information transmitted or received using LabDoor tools and services.
"User Content" means any content, including text, photos, files, sound, graphics, video, data, user reviews, product comments, or website and/or blog comments and other similar materials that a user submits, emails or otherwise uses with the Services.
By using your User Content in connection with LabDoor, or if you submit any business information, idea, concept or invention to LabDoor, you automatically grant-or warrant that the owner of such content or intellectual property has expressly granted-LabDoor a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication or content in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed.
You hereby waive and agree never to assert any claim of Moral Rights in Your User Content against LabDoor or any of LabDoor's licensees. "Moral Rights" means any right to (a) divulge Your User Content to the public; (b) retract Your User Content from the public; (c) claim authorship of Your User Content; (d) object to any distortion, mutilation or other modification of Your User Content; or (e) any and all similar rights, existing under judicial or statutory law of any country or jurisdiction in the world, or under any treaty regardless of whether or not such right is called or generally referred to as a moral right.
User assumes all risks associated with use of User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of Your User Content that makes you or any third party personally identifiable.
LabDoor authorizes you to view or download a single copy of the material on the LabDoor Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use if you include the following copyright notice: " © 2012-2013, LabDoor. All rights reserved" and other copyright and proprietary rights notices that are contained in the Content.
The Content is protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. Title to the Content remains with LabDoor or its licensors. All
trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Services are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted
to use this Content or these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third party which may own the Marks.
If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the Content automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the Content. LabDoor reserves the right to revoke your access to and use of the Site, Apps, Content, and Services at any time, with or without cause.
LabDoor may provide access to other sites through methods including advertisements and links. You are not entitled to any compensation from any form of advertisements. LabDoor does not recommend and does not endorse any content on any third-party websites and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites. LabDoor may also select certain sites or products as priority responses to search results or product lists provided on the Site and Apps.
